The insured was selling the property. The purchaser's lawyer noted discrepancies in the description of the property in various deeds and took the view that the discrepancies in the property description gave rise to doubt as to the identity of the property. The purchaser requested that the discrepancies be removed before completion of the sale and purchase.

Action: We issued a policy to the purchasers indemnifying loss resulting from the discrepancy. Completion took place as scheduled.
